I loved making a real impact and being a part of smart and ambitious groups of people.I was a Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and even Customer Success Manager.I was the first employee at Agora.
Two years later, we raised over $20M, and our headcount was 70+ people.I left to pursue my passion - being a copywriter. Now, I get to experience the best of both worlds.

📱 Launching SCREEN
💡 This is a SPEC project!
Background and customer
- SCREEN is a productivity App that helps you track your screen time and block distracting websites.
- Ideal customer: SCREEN is aimed at tech industry professionals.
- Acquisition channel: tech industry professionals hang out on Linkedin, so our main acquisition channel should be Linkedin.
Product Research
First, we turn SCREEN features into benefits for our target customer:Features:- Tracking screen time
- Blocking distracting appsLevel 1 benefits:- Increase focus
- Reduce distractions
- Being more productive
- Better time management
- Complete more tasks
- Improve attention span
- Decrease procrastination
- Increase free timeLevel 2 benefits:- Getting a promotion
- Making more money
- Having a better work-life balance
Market Research
- Competitors: Opal, Freedom, Cold Turkey.
- I've tested the products and checked the various websites.
Headline
- To appeal to tech industry professionals, I state a big benefit they can get from the app.
- These people are very busy. Often bouncing between meeting and deep work multiple times a day.
- They need to maximize their time management tactics to get the most output in their work, get the promotion or reach the KPI.
- Our app helps them not waste precious minutes on social media and other temptations by blocking them out completely Ans using the time to do productive stuff
Subheadline
- I elabote a bit more about what the app does and state another benefit: “get the most out of your working hours”.
- This means you wont have to work harder, just smarter, buy using the app.
- I also use social proof: “Join 10,000 tech leaders”
CTA
- Short and simpler. We are using a verb to move them into action and use “free” to make it even easier for them to click.
- Secondary CTA is for the interested people that are less convinced. They can watch the video and get one step closer into using the app.
